Wisdom is not the opposite of doubt

Does it look to you like wisdom should somehow *answer* your doubts, or make them go away? Ah. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Here's a little Sunday thought for you to marinate in today.

Because we have moments of doubt, don't we? Whether we're making decisions, or changing career, or just engaged in everyday parenting of our kids โ€“ it's almost like there's this little voice in the backs of our heads, whispering,

๐Ÿ“ฆ ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ โ€œAm I doing the right thing?โ€

And it's very easy to see doubt as โ€˜badโ€™ โ€“ as if it's a sort of deficiency. There's a bit of a subtext to doubt that goes something like,

โ€œIf I was more in tune with life energy/God/wisdom/intuition, I wouldn't have so many doubts. I'd just do stuff. Without doubting.โ€
