Variability is the key

You have an idea of ‘how you are’ but it's got nothing to do with who you *really* are. 💝

Variability is the key
Meme source lost in the mists of time, but I'm truly grateful to the artists for both 💝

Have a look at these popular memes. What do you see?

In both, the same statement is seen in two very different ways:

    • One tight, constricted, limited, alone
    • The other open, light, free, connected

I’m going to go out on a limb here and hazard a guess that your thought system 📦 is saying something like,

‘Some people are like this, and other people are like that.’

It may have even have gone as far as placing these labels onto someone you know.

Or even your self.

Classic mind activity! 📦

It’s all black and white, to the mind, isn’t it?

    • One way or the other.
    • My way or the highway.
    • Fixed.
    • How it is.

But what if that’s not what this meme is about?

🤔
What if it’s pointing to the fact that we are all both these people, at one time or another?

What if these memes are in fact the exact same picture as my little stick man, with ‘Thought Realisation’ written across the head (📦) and ‘Innate Health’ at the heart of our being (❤️)?

Sorry not sorry that it's almost the same size here, as it is in real life.

In one state of mind/mood/level of consciousness we are identifying with thought (📦), everything looks like it’s about us, and we’re feeling tight, constricted, limited and alone.

And in another state of mind/mood/level of consciousness we are in life (❤️), not paying attention to the mind’s jibber-jabber and feeling open, light, free and connected.

Once you see it, you see it everywhere.

Because it’s how life works.

Just saying’

😘
