The other day, under the camouflage of talking about crosswords, I pointed to the sort of effortless, free-flowing kind of thinking that we might label as ‘wisdom’ or ‘intuition’.

And in today’s short video clip we look a little more at the difference between that, and worrisome, analytic-type thinking.

Because it can be a little bit difficult sometimes to differentiate, especially when it comes to notions such as ‘heading in the right direction’ and ‘decision-making’.

But there’s a different feel to these two different modes of thinking… as the person who wrote in, describes so beautifully.

Enjoy this one – I think you’ll find it a helpful distinction.

A bit later this week—Sunday, I think; it’s got a kind of Sunday Spiritual vibe to it—I’m going to go even deeper into this, and lay out a common obstacle it’s easy to stumble on, when thinking about ‘wisdom vs. worry’.

Stay tuned!
