Life is full of interactions with other people.
(Bummer, right?)
Which means life is full of contradictions and different opinions and belief systems and values and ways of doing things and ideas of what’s right and what’s wrong – what we call ‘separate realities’.
(Oh lordy, Giles, please don’t bring this up, I’m trying my best to ignore other people, I hear you mutter.)
And what makes this worse, is the person opposite you—you know, the one you’re disagreeing with—is right!!
(WHAT?!?!)
To see what I mean, and why this is actually a good thing (to see), you’ll have to watch this 1 min 29 second video clip:
Might sound crackers but is totally logical.
This has been lifted from the Relationships Video Masterclass so if you want to be able to put this kind of insight into practice for yourself, check it out on the link below.

In this 1h56 Video Masterclass, we go beyond the usual ‘how to have better relationships’ advice (yawn 🥱) and instead peek behind the curtain of experience itself: What is a relationship? How can two separate systems of thought ever even hope to align? And what happens when you see through the illusion of separation, entirely?
If you're after quick fixes, or step-by-step tools, this might not be your cup of tea. But if you’ve been considering questions about relationships for ages, you’ve had enough of just collecting more ideas, and you’re ready to see something new, then this one's for you.
