How would you feel if I told you I wanted you to start your week with real courage?
Sounds a bit scary, doesn’t it?
But did you know the etymology of the word ‘courage’ comes from Latin ‘cor’ and Proto-Indo-European ‘kerd’, both of which mean ‘heart’?
❤️
Like the one in this diagram, for instance:

That there is a hand drawn picture from me to you, that describes the entire human experience.
There’s nothing outside of that - that’s it! It’s everything you need to know, and anything else we might say about the human experience is just needlessly complicating things.
(And boy, we’ve got very good at that, haven’t we?!)
Put simply:
→ And we’re either in it / being carried by it.
→ Or we’re being distracted from it, by the activity of the mind.
And the more we notice the latter (= thought realisation), the more we experience the former (= innate health).
Which is what these Daily Reminders are all about. And what I heartily recommend doing.
You could say I’m… (wait for it)… ‘en-couraging’ you.
