Last time, I shared a short piece about feeling unloved, and it reminded me of a video I made, all about how to love yourself more.
It stemmed from an event I ran, where someone got in touch to ask me if I could help them out with a lifelong habit of disliking themselves.
Anyone who's spent any time watching these videos of mine will know that the answer doesn't lie in trying to change that habit, or in reframing things, but rather in seeing what's going on here; in getting to grips with what it is we're actually up against.
Then the problem has a tendency to just dissolve.
Our enquiry all starts with my comeback:
βWell, who's disliking whom, here?β

This is a fun 4 minutes video clip, I hope you enjoy it and it helps you get some perspective on the topic of βself-compassionβ.
