A couple of weeks ago I shared a short video clip from a course I ran back in 2020, looking at the fact that we all live in separate realities (if you missed it, it’s linked here).
I concluded that:
“When we come to the realisation that it’s simply not possible for another to see what we see, our compassion levels go through the roof and we’re left with just one tool at our disposal to even begin to understand how they are perceiving the world… Listening.”
So in this short video clip, we’re going to once again hop into our time machine and head back to that same Room of Insight with our little band of intrepid explorers, to have a look at:

- How creative listening can save us energy
- How creative listening leads to compassion, connection and forgiveness
- How creative listening puts us in touch with wisdom
