The quickest of insights for your today – about safety.

(Not physical safety, but the *feeling* of safety that we all seek.)

If it's something we're seeking, then where do we find it?

It's very simple: the feeling of safety is to be found Now.

💡

 **Now and safety are the same thing.**

The feeling of safety cannot be conditional, since the conditions that the mind places on a feeling (any feeling) can never be met.

Because those conditions are in the future, and the future cannot be experienced (it’s a thought).

It’s actually the mind’s stories that *create* the feeling of un-safety, or insecurity.

🤷🏻‍♂️

It's a bit of a head-scratcher that one, so just let it percolate for the rest of today, as an idea:

> **Safety = Now.**

And if you find your mind objecting vociferously, that’s fine, it’s what minds do.

Let its objection drift on through, and go back to the feeling of security.
