Wellbeing Wednesdays

Live Events & Archives

Wellbeing Wednesdays are monthly online events, live-streamed from The Wool Croft in Abergavenny. They have an international audience, who meet up online on the first Wednesday of every month (7.30pm UK | 2.30pm ET | 11.30am PT) to reconnect to the inbuilt state of health & happiness that exists in all of us, all the time.

Their central premise is that:

To experience wellbeing, there is nothing to do, only something to see.

Wellbeing Wednesdays are well-established and there are more than 20 truly transformative episodes in the archives, covering every aspect of wellbeing in our lives, including the workplace, relationships, parenting, mental health, chronic illness, spirituality, childhood trauma, grief, the outdoors, habits, religion… you name it – we've covered it!

Employing a novel mixture of discussion, readings, flip-chart teachings, poetry, neuroscience and even the odd bit of music, there's something for everyone.

You can get a taster of what they're like by signing up for the free FOUNDATIONS course “A Fresh Perspective on Wellbeing”, which has been created out of Wellbeing Wednesdays clips.

Watch a short clip from Wellbeing Wednesdays

This is a 5 minute clip from an episode where somebody asked the question, “What practical steps can I take, to secure my wellbeing?”

In the answer I give, I point back to the very heart of what Wellbeing Wednesdays are all about: that we've been conditioned to believe that we don't already have everything we need to experience peace of mind, and that there are lots of things we need to do, in order to be ok. And that's simply not true! Here, I explain why this is, with a bit of neuroscience thrown in for good measure.

“I came across Wellbeing Wednesdays last year at the beginning of the pandemic and they have sustained me ever since, lifting me out of the fear and depression I experienced at the time.”
