We didn't answer any questions this week. I'd just got back from the 3 Principles UK conference, and the majority of the evening was themed on “experiencing your health” – something that sits at the heart of my work. It's a super-slow, super-chilled out episode of Wellbeing Wednesdays; one to kick back and relax to, letting it wash over you.
