I was just looking for a suitable clip to share with you this week, and [stumbled upon this one](https://youtu.be/w-3nFm1szOU?ref=gilespcroft.com):

And while I’m more than aware that nothing ‘outside’ of me can ‘make me’ feel a particular way, I’m happy to report that I felt at peace, as I watched it.

(And it’s only 2½ minutes long!)

Maybe because it points to something that on some level we all know to be true?

And maybe, just maybe, you needed to hear this today.

(I’ll take my chances 😘)
