# Creativity is endless

Writing these Daily Reminders has given me much deeper insight into the realm of creativity. It’s been quite wonderful… and eye-opening for me, too. It’s really helped me to get a feel for how creativity works; what’s important, and how it works.

💡

****CREATIVITY IS ENDLESS**

…is an insight that has steadily grown on me over the last (almost) three months of writing.

You see, I’ll go for days without inspiration.

*(Coincidentally, those are the days when I find my self thinking about itself and its problems quite a lot - I wonder if there could be any link???* 🧐🤔*)*

Anyway… days pass, seemingly without creativity.

My mind observes the ideas list I keep and sees that nothing has been added to it.

And it starts losing its sh\*t.

> 📦🗣️: *“Oh dear. I’ve made a grave error. I’m actually contemplating basing the foundations of my business on doing what I love most—writing—and look, I’ve already completely drained the well of creativity! Oh no!!!”* 😫😱

Then another day, with no warning, I find my self and the problems it creates remarkably absent.

And all of a sudden it’s like that bit in the Two Towers where the Ents pull down the dam that Saruman—himself a metaphor for the left brain (watch the DVD extras, you’ll find out for yourself)—has created above Orthanc… and all hell lets loose:

Creativity, unleashed 🌊

The ends of my fingers are smoking, such is the ferocity with which I’m typing. Everywhere I look, every conversation I have, every social media post I see, every comment made, every lyric I hear, every musical refrain, every thing I do, every tree, every object… EVERYWHERE!! … there’s evidence of Innate Health and creativity (and what gets in the way of them).

*(When this last happened, I was preparing food, and it just sat there going cold. Every time I went back to it, I’d have another idea!* 😆*)*

Creativity is infinite and endless and if I catch *any* of you saying (or thinking, as you read this) *“Oh, I’m just not creative”* I want you to imagine me reaching out of the screen and giving you a swift, loving slap around the chops.

🚫 Stop it!  
🚫 Stop stopping creativity!!  
🚫 Stop stemming its tide with your incessant thinking!!!

I love you and I want you to be bringing your gifts into the world.
