Wellbeing Wednesdays are monthly online topical sessions, live-streamed from The Wool Croft in Abergavenny where I help you reconnect to the inbuilt state of health & happiness that exists in all of us, all the time.

No matter which topic we are focused on each month (from anxiety, sadness, goals, relationships, stress and more), you will receive insight into any area of your life that currently feels like a struggle.
