It's from Tim Urban, of the brilliant [Wait But Why](https://waitbutwhy.com/?ref=gilespcroft.com) website. (If you've never checked out the one about ‘[Your Life in Weeks](https://waitbutwhy.com/2014/05/life-weeks.html?ref=gilespcroft.com)’, it will give you quite the kick up the arse, but be warned 🚨 – his posts are addictive and you will lose a full *one* of those precious weeks reading them all!)
